These packages cover straightforward websites. If you need online sales, appointment booking, private member pages, or something more involved, I'll price that separately.

These plans are for small website updates and basic care. Email extras are included only where listed.

Additional mailboxes, phone setup, Outlook troubleshooting, mailbox migration, spam cleanup, and user training are billed separately.
Business email
Email setup is included when mailbox service is purchased with a new website setup. The monthly mailbox plan is still billed separately. This is for normal small-business email use. If you need large mailboxes, heavy staff email, or full Google/Microsoft office tools, I can help set that up instead and you pay that provider directly.
Most projects start with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due before the site goes online. Monthly hosting and update plans are billed ahead of the month they cover.
